One year ago, this was me. Twiggy however fit and healthy. I dieted for 2 years and went from 172 lbs. to a scary low 122 lbs. While I have no desire to get "skinny", I would like to get healthy. Limiting sweets and junk food has suddenly become trying. I am setting a goal. For the next month I will eat healthy and take my happy hinder to the gym; something I have denied myself for over a month. So for 1 month I plan to make it to the gym 4 times a week and to eat healthy again. Tomorrow is Monday the 9th, a pefect day to get started.
